Note that if you fail to meet any of the conditions below, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions..
Crystal healing and other types of energy work are not to be considered as a substitute for traditional medical treatment.
If either you or someone you know, has a serious health issue, you or they should consult their own doctor and/or another appropriate professional medical practitioner. Please consult your Health Care Professional for information on health care issues and do not stop any medications or courses of treatment, without first consulting your Health Care Professional.
Just because a crystal or stone is alleged to have one or more healing properties, either physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, it does not mean that you, personally, will experience, or benefit from, any such properties. While stones/crystals have been used historically, to relieve or prevent symptoms, the items we sell or recommend on our website, offer no guarantee of results.
Any information you receive, whether orally, in written form, or electronically, relating to crystals and stones purchased from Manifested Realities, should be received, and understood in the above context.
For our part, we will consider that any purchases you make from Manifested Realities are made based on your own freedom of choice.

Manifested Realities does not accept returns or exchanges unless the items you received are broken or damaged. If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com with details and photographs of the product and its damages within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly replace those items. Manifested Realities is a small business and handling times vary from 5 to 10 business days before shipment will commence. Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they were received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
The shipping rate our customers pay varies by the weight of the parcel. If a package is returned to Manifested Realities due to an invalid address, there will be a re-shipping fee. Shipping fees cannot be refunded on returned packages. Manifested Realities is not liable for stolen packages. We make every effort to notify our customers when the order ships and when it is out for delivery.
Returns and Order Cancellations
Manifested Realities does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is broken or damaged. If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photographs of the product and its damages within 14 days of receipt.
For cancellations, orders submitted online are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.
